23.用刀深深的划4刀,只要不划破皮,怎么深怎么来,

24.把油烧至70℃左右(手放在油上方20cm处能明显感觉出热度,)在中间用刷子刷上点点红曲粉,采用油淋的方法,先让它开适量花,再放进去,小火炸至全部开花即可,
小窍门&温馨提示
用勺子托着能固定它开花的程度,开出来的形状更好看,
